Question PC making loud noise when starting up, goes on for 2-5 min

• Small company, no tech people
• PC is quite some years old

When I start it up it makes a loud noise. Has been for a year but it gradually gets worse. After a few minutes it goes dead silent, and every now and then it comes back shortly, but not nearly as loud.

It must be hardware but I've opened the case and couldn't find anything that's loose (don't quote me on this). I think it comes from that big power supply thing in the bottom but I'm not 100% sure either.

I'm fairly certain that noise is coming from the PSU fan bearing --- it's worn out. New PSU required.
