Question Pc making popping noise

My PC starts making popping sound when i install my graphics drivers. I used a latency checker and it was really high. Whenever i'm using my pc while watching a video it makes a popping noise. I'm using a GT1030 is there anyway to fix this issue? i tried changing my earphones and used a program called latencymon and it said its the GPU causing the issue.

Make and model of your PSU and it's age? On second thoughts, please include your system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Case:

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? Cross-reference it with the BIOS version listed on your motherboard's manufacturer's support site and if you have BIOS updates pending, gradually work your way to the latest version.

Yes my GPU is gt 1030 and the latency program said its the graphics card drivers that's causing the issue. I tried changing the drivers but its not working.

OMG I'm sorry for the late reply i didn't see it my specs are

Core 2 quad q6600
zebronics g31 mobo
4gb ddr2 ram

The sound rarely occurs during gaming. The sound occurs when i'm using windows while i'm multitasking.
