Question PC making weird noise, Freeze and stuttery every 5 seconds

My pc has been making weird beeping noise, and whenever that happens my pc is either prone to bluescreen (especially during gaming) or it just lags, stutters, and freezes every few seconds. Which component is likely to be causing the problems?
