Pc making weird noise while gaming

My pc is making a noise that's really getting on my nerves. I don't know what caused it, but it only really happens when I'm playing games. I'm asking here to see if anyone can help me. Here's a link to a recording of the noise: https://youtu.be/wHMBKwkDeOw

My pc specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 3 2200g
GPU: Asus gtx 1060 3gb
RAM: Corsair - Vengence LPX 16gb ddr4-3000
Motherboard: MSI - B450M PRO-VDH Micro ATX AM4
PSU: EVGA 500w 80+ atx psu
Storage: Samsung 970 evo 500gb ssd & WD Blue 2tb
Case: Cooler Master - N200 MicroATX

its just your harddrive, use some rubber on its sides to reduce that noise

I tried taking out the harddrive since all my data's on my ssd right now and it doesn't seem to be the problem
