Question PC meets requirements but still can't update?

So my PC meets all the requirement's, however windows update doesn't recognize that. When I run the PC health check tool it says my PC can run Windows 11, when I go in to "see all results" everything looks good and green ✅ . When I click "Device specifications" however I am greeted with this rather cryptic and contradicting message...

I got all my ducks in a row. Is anyone else getting any of this tom foolery? What gives?

Running a MSI x370 with a Ryzen 7 3700X. Tpm 2.0 and UEFI+Secure boot all setup accordingly.

Make sure you have followed these settings needed for Windows 11 is set in your BIOS from this guide:

Yup, that's all been setup correctly. When I run "tpm.msc" it shows my TPM is AMD 3.37.0.5 version 2.0.
