pc messed up

ever since i moved my computer and unpluged it, it has been messing up. like when i tried to turn it on it would power up but nothing on the screen but after 2 secs it would power off and it would repeat that several times by its self. its only just started working but now it freezes randomly... please help.
also i have tried moving back to the same place i moved it from and same plug socket but it still does the same.

2| Can you access the BIOS as soon as you power up the system?

3| Have you tried removing the CMOS battery and replacing it after 15 minutes?

i have tried number 4, and it turns on now but it just keeps freezing and blue screen sometimes

mother- z370 asus
ssd-500gb samsung 960/970 evo
psu- corsair 650w gold rated
OS-win10
case-corsair crystal 570x rgb
ram-nighthawk 16gb 3000mhz

Check ram is properly seated. Remove all rams and seat them back.

What do you mean? Elaborate what you did and how you did it.

Did you go back to the original power point?

Given how many things can get disconnected when you're physically moving a PC, I think the best option is to simply disassemble it and breadboard it, treating it like a new build.

yeah i had to carry it with a friend like two streets down so i think something has came loose thanks
