Question PC misbehaving

Hi everybody, i have a problem with my computer, i have a R7 2700X and ASUS Strix 120LC cooler. The thing is when i do basic stuf like open a browser or start a program the temps go up from 30 to 50 and i hear the pump going louder, louder than the fans. But when i start a game the gpu ASUS Strix RX480 goes crazy. When i am in the game meniu it's having a little lag but when i enter in the gameplay the video signal cuts and the fans spinning very fast and loud. I installed Afterburner to create a custom profile for the fans but no go. I installed the new driver, nothing, i installed an older version of the driver and in some games the gpu lets me play but in heavy games it's still cuts the video signal. I was thinking it's the cooler and change it but i'm not sure if that's the problem, maybe the rams are not good either (Corsair Veng LPX 16GB), i really don't know what to do, what to change. When i had my old components (i7 6700K, Corsair H115i) it was running smothly but now when i switched to Ryzen it behaves like this. I only change the MB, cpu, cooler and ssd but the rams and gpu are the same.
 
Do you have the AIO mounted properly? The tube side should be down, and the radiator should be above the water block. This shouldn't affect the temps much, though, just the noise. Make sure that you have plenty of case airflow. Also, depending on how old and used the gpu is, the thermal paste may be drying out. If you are comfortable, reinstall windows. If it is within warranty, contact your manufacturer. Check the gpu load and see if it is being utilized at least 97% in games.
 
Well the gpu did fine when it was on the old sistem, now when i installed it in the new one starts doing this, all of a sudden, so thermal paste isn't the issue. Again, the latest driver, gpu dies immediately in games, the old driver it let me use it couple of minutes the dies also so it's something inside which interfere with the gpu, hardware or software, i really don't know. I did reinstall the OS like 4 times, nothing. The airflow i think it's ok, i mean 3 120mm on the bottom and another 3 on top it's enough, not he mention the push/pull config as intake on the rad. Maybe raise the case a little by putting something beneath the legs the increase the gap for airflow but i don't think this will stop the gpu doing that

Did you use thermal paste when you set the cooler? Have you removed the cooler without reapplying thermal paste? It has to be reapplied every time. Is your pump connected to the pump header and the radiator fans connected to the cpu fan header? Is your pump set to run at max rpm all of the time? If not turn it up. Looking at your fan configuration you are potentially negative pressuring your system. I usually like to have one more input fan than output fans especially when radiators are used. Negative case pressure can reduce air flow through the radiator. With this in mind play around with your chassis fan curves. In your case I would up the input fan rpms a bit and reduce the exhaust fans a little bit. Too much exhaust without enough input will cause the exhaust fans to fight each other for air. When those exhaust fans are your cpu radiator and video card the extra fans can be detrimental for overall cooling.

have you tried reinstalling all motherboard drivers?
Yeah i did. I'm gonna try to reseat the gpu just in case

I used the preaplied paste from the cooler, i never did removed the waterblock since assembling, the pump header is connected to the cpu fan header and it's running on pwm. The fans from the bottom are intake as those from the rad so 4 fans are set as intake, the only exhaust fans are the ones from the top, other then that i cannot put anymore fans, the case have 7 fans configuration.

And just a little note i installed Forza Horizon 4 and the pc run with no problem, the gpu dind't crash, ultra settings, 1080p, 50+fps with 40 degree celsius at cpu and 50 at gpu, still there is a very little lag in gameplay but is not noticeable so the only game where the gpu crashes is NFS Heat. FH4, ETS 2 and Telltale TWD are running with no problem.
Oh, after this discovery i'm gonna change the cooler with a 360mm one just to put him out of equation
 
If your pump is connected to the cpu fan header that is probably your issue. It needs to be connected to either a pump header or if not available I will connect it to a chassis fan header that I bios set to full speed. The fans on the radiator need to be connected to the cpu fan header. Your pump needs to run at pretty much full speed all of the time. The fans can ramp up and down but the pump needs to run.
 
Water cooling is effective but unlike an air cooler where the heat exchanger is directly mated to the cpu the pump has to be running to move the heat. Turning the pump up and down with temp will cause a nasty feedback loop. You also mentioned that you are running on pwm. Are the cables you are connecting 3 wire or 4 wire?
 
It's ASUS Strix B450-F, the pwm it's 4 wire (obviously ). It was connected to a pump header, the temps was much worse, the pump was running chaotically until somebody switch it to the cpu fan header and is a little better than before and now hearing you saying i should connect it to a pump header it's confusing.
