PC Monitor (21' and up) with T V tuner

Can anyone suggest a PC monitor with at least 2 inputs (preferable HDMI) and TV tuner for DVB-T (freeview) in one package?

Currently PC and xbox connected LCD TV where I find the DPI being a bit low...
