The plastic parts of your monitor, sure.
I would not use that on the actual screen, unless it has a glass layer (touch screens).
That is a hard surface cleaner/disinfectant, its not meant to be used on screens.

Water might leave residue or take too long to evaporate.
Ive used diluted windex before, diluted isopropyl alcohol, etc with no adverse effects.
I cant say if they are the best choice, but they work.

I only do a "wet" clean when there is physically something stuck to the monitor, not for dust.
