Pc monitor is working but....

My computer is working but when I turn on the CPU the monitor is turn on it shows window logo and went to sleep and show login page and went to sleep .But when i press on off button in pc monitor it working & showing home page and immediately after 1 second went back to sleep

So the pc not functioning or the monitor
If it's the monitor:
Make sure the cables are plugged in
If its it's the pc:
Could your power supply unit be faulty
Are the monitors plugged into the motherboard or the gpu?
Make sure the cables are plugged in
Have you already used the pc before or is this a new build?

Question from Rafeal : "Pc monitor is working but...."

My pc is working perfectly but when I turn on pc monitor show company logo and when back to sleep then show window logo back to sleep after that it show login page and back to sleep. My cpu have no problem perfect condition. I tested monitor separately also result is same

Is the monitor the problem and it keeps showing the logo and not the computer that has the problem
