PC monitor possible emmision or radiation?

Hi guys, probably silly question here but Im gonna ask anyways because I cant find manual. I was wondering if desktop PC or PC monitor could produce some unhealty emmisions or some kind of radiation, that could cause some health issues like sore throat or such or need to cough even if you dont want to. Also how do you deal with dust that is circulated in room when PC is running its cooling fans?(I do use grid for the fans). Do you usually keep your PC at the table or away from you? Thanks a lot!
