Hello, I recently just got a weird problem.

Initially when I first turned my PC on, it started normally without problems. Then after a while there were some random black bars flashing on the monitor. More time passed and the monitor started disconnecting randomly and rapidly, until after more time passed when it cannot detect my PC anymore.

The thing is, the next day everything went back to normal, and the problem starts showing up again in a similar manner. I've changed the HDMI cable and it's still the same. I want to know which one of my hardware causes this and how to fix it.

My PC:
i7-4430, Zotac GTX760 AMP, AsRock H81M, RAM Corsair Vengeance 4GB, PSU FSP Hexaplus 500W

Thanks in advance

Solution
only has 1 circuit board as it uses a power adapter. fixing this was nothing compared to my 19" Samsung Frankenstein monitor that uses parts from 2 different Samsung monitors.
It could be your GPU to confirm it you could switch you monitor to your integrate GPU use the MB HDMI connection let us know if the issue still occurs.

P.S.: Check also monitor power cord to be sure.

most likely the monitor is causing this as the monitor I'm using now was doing the same for a customer. customer gave me this 1 as she bought a new monitor & I ended up replacing 2 capacitors on the monitor's logic board & haven't had that issue since.

@ffg7 those capacitors are most like 25V 2200 µF(or 35V 1000 µF depend of the manufacture) not hard to replace if you know how to open your monitor and use soldering iron. To have that kind of you mean your monitor is old (4-5 y or more) or you have defect capacitors.
