Question PC need reset to show display

Whenever I turn on my PC. Most of the time, the monitor display is black but its obvious that the PC itself is already running but I need to press the reset button on the casing for the system to reboot and that's the only time the display will show.

If ever that in my first try of just powering up my PC and it shows a display, it seems laggy and I need to restart it just to have it in normal condition.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

I think it's been forever since I build my PC back in 2019 😀
