So I decided to clean my old computer and after doing so the computer now has no display. POST beeps are normal. Power button can only power on the computer but holding or repressing it doesn't do anything once the computer turns on.

PC Specs:
Intel I3-4150U
12 Gb ram (8+4)
Pegatron Memphis-B Motherboard (IPM87-mp)
Rakk RK400w PSU
Windows 10

PS: The computer is working perfectly fine before it was cleaned. Monitor is working fine as well.

Things I've Tried
Replacing CMOS
Using a single stick of ram (tried on both)
Using a different VGA Cable
Tried different monitor

Any help would be much appreciated.

How was the computer cleaned? What was done?

Are you able to access BIOS?

Will the computer boot into Safe Mode?

= = = =

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Verify by sight and feel that all connectors, cards, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly in place.

Check case connections as well.

Reference the applicable User Guide Manual to double check all connections and configuration settings.

I found the following HP link:

Hopefully just something loose or improperly connected.
