I just picked up an i7 8700, h310 plus prime motherboard, 16gb ddr4 2400, I hooked it up to my evga 450w psu, got into the bios and set xmp, but after that when i tried turned it on the cpu fan spins, but the gpu fans kind of stutter and I get no display. I know the gpu works, I've tried to clear the cmos but it keeps on doing it. any ideas of what it is?
