[SOLVED] Pc no display, no keyboard rgb, fans running

PC specs:
GTX 1070ti
new Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite AX v2
Ryzen 3600
2x new 4x HyperX 16g 3600 ram
new 1tb samsung Nvme storage
new Cougar gex850 80 plus gold power supply

Few months ago I had this pc working with a different power supply and motherboard with only 32 gigs of ram. Left it running over night and the following morning it was powered off.

I pressed the power button and the RGB fans turned on, fans spinning on case and cpu but no boot.

Went to a terrible repair guy who "with hindsight" just sold me parts and didn't help get it fixed. I'm using a new mobo and power supply but its still not displaying anything. Keyboard does not turn on so maybe no logic?

I did a cmos reset, checked all the ram, tried running it in 2/4, 2, 1/2/3/4 slots. Testing and confirming each ram is seated in correctly.

I dont have a different gpu or cpu to test on.

Any recommendations?

Have you tried just going off motherboard graphics to see if the issue is the gpu? Does the motherboard have a light that says cpu?

The motherboard has no graphics using that processor!
