Question Pc no display

So my pc suddenly has no display when I turn it on yesterday but the cpu and other fans are spinning, mouse had no lights though. I started troubleshooting it with minimal components as possible, without graphics card and storage drives. It still has no display even after replacing the RAM and PSU, is there a possibility that my CPU is dead or it is my Motherboard?

Do you have a Bios speaker connected to your motherboard?
Remove all RAM sticks on your Motherboard and start your Computer...if you hear repeatedly beeping sounds it means your system is still functional ....if still nothing happens it means a dead CPU or a Dead MOBO.

Then you should get an Bios speaker if you want to test.
