Question PC no displays when trying to turn it on. Any idea what could be causing this?

So I got a pc a month or so back. Had no issue until mid last month. When I try and power it on it black screens and stays no display. My keyboard and mouse are also powered off and cant be used. Now the twist here is that when I turn the pc on and off again a few times, itll just decide to power on. Any advice and help would be much appreciated as I am new to this. Thanks in advance
