Question PC no indicator and won't turn on

When I plug my 24 pin into my motherboard my indicator lights turn on then right back off when I fully push it in. How do I fix?
(Eg my PC does power other devices on my PC just not the indicator lights and it doesnt turn on)

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.\
