PC no working it is so important

Please is very important i’ve assemblend a pc but it don’t work!!!!! No fan no beep no led i’ve tried to disconnect every and reconnect and change the psu but no changement thanks for the attenction and scuse my english im italian

Have you turned on the switch on the back of the PSU?
