Question PC not able to detect new HDD

I replaced my old internal HDD with a newer one that is compatible. After installation, I noticed that my computer is unable to detect the new HDD I installed in the computer. I checked the connections and they were plugged in correctly. I am not sure what could be the issue with my new HDD. Please help!

Does it appear in Disk Management?
