Question Pc not booting after card installation

So i have a pc with the following components

1. Gigabyte ga-z77x-d3h
2. Msi geforce gtx 980 ti
3. 16gb memory

Before now noyhing happened at all. This morging i woke up to turn on my pc and it kept frozen at the boot screen of the bios.
I tried removing my card and run on internal graphics, which booted me into windows. I tried to plug it back in. And it froze again at boot screen of Windows.

Does anyone recognize this problem? And how do i fix this.?

could be the gpu, psu or the motherboard.
what the make and model of the PSU?
