I was working on my custom build PC, suddenly it got frozen, then I pressed power button and it went to sleep. I pressed power button again it started and was responsive for few seconds then again it got frozen. I pressed the power button for more than 1 min, then it got turned off. But after that its not booting up. It starts and stops in loop with no display.

Configuration:
Intel i5 9400F
Asus B365G Gaming
Asus GTX 970 4 GB
Corsair DDR4 16 GB 3000 MHz
Seasonic Gold 650 Watts

Can someone help me with what may be the issue?
I guess its not Motherboard or Processor...

And what makes you to guess that? 🤔
Because when it got frozen, I pressed power button and it went into sleep mode.
And when I pressed power button again it was responsive for few seconds before getting frozen again.
If it would have been motherboard or processor, this would not be possible

Software wise: Clean Win install will remove all software issues.

Hardware wise: You need 2nd, compatible PC, to test out each and every component individually, to see which one is dead.

Easiest: haul your PC to PC repair shop and pay them to diagnose the issue + any following repairs needed.

I was suspecting the RAM, I had ordered it on 7th and today I received, replaced it. And it worked like a charm!

Thanks
