Question PC not booting after moving

I've recently moved house. When I turned on my PC it booted up, but I got a green screen error. Restarted it, no problem but then my mouse & keyboard froze. I tried a restart but it wouldn't boot. Upon inspection, I noticed the wifi antenna ports on my motherboard where bent so assumed I had damaged my motherboard,

I replaced the motherboard but it still won't boot to BIOS.

I've pulled out all ram, taken out GPU, unplugged fans, unplugged hard disks so basically left it with power supply & CPU but I still won't boot. Case LED light up, CPU fan spins when GPU is installed I get a GPU fan spinning.

B550 board
AMD3600X
4x 8GB DDR4 RAM
2060 Super GPU

What on earth it wrong?

Have you tried booting with just 1 stick of RAM?
