Pc Not Booting after Second HDD

Hi I Just installed my second Hdd after doing a bios update. My pc wont power mouse keyboard or monitor I used to have the same setup so Power is not the issue. once I unplugged the hard drive Everything went back to normal.

Try going into boot menu and manually selecting the hard drive you've had operating system on.

The problem Is I cant even get into bios with it connected.

May be something is wrong with the cables that's not letting your pc to start. Try switching the cables between the HDDs and have only your primary HDD connected.

It turns out my board is going bad some slots arent working which has been causing stuttering! thank you though.
