PC not booting anymore

Hey,

Main Specs:
-i7 950
-MSI X58A-GD45A
-Antec EarthWatts 750watts
-Kingston HyperX 2000mhz 6GB RAM
-Asus HD7970

Just recently, i have noticed that my computer was only reading 4GB RAM so I decided to remove the RAM and plug it back in which left my computer to show no display and no beep on start up as well as my keyboard and mouse powerless. Lights on the GPU and motherboard was fine though, in terms of power.

So far, i have tried removing RAM and my PC beeps 3 times. Replaced HD7970 with a GTX560Ti and still nothing. Removed fan and heat sink from CPU and it did get hot after a few seconds, most likely meaning that the CPU is at least working. I can't access bios since keyboard and mouse aren't even powered on.

PC is about 2 years old and the newest part added was the HD7970 about a 2 months ago.

Please any ideas? Was thinking that it is the RAM.

It's pretty unlikely that all your RAM is bad. Use a pencil eraser to clean the gold fingers on the bottom. Isolate the problem by placing one stick of RAM in a single slot and try booting. If it works try a different stick in the same slot, then a third. If it doesn't work move the same stick to the next slot and then the next. If the first stick fails all slots start over with a second stick. If you do this in an organized fashion you will determine which sticks and slots are good/bad. If everything fails try some known good RAM. Unfortunately replacing parts is the only way for a user to troubleshoot such problems.
