I recently bought a new hard disk to replace my older broken wd blue but when i tried to install windows via a bootable USB it isn't working.
i have set the pendrive as the boot device 1.
it is showing this error

No boot device available
strike f1 to reboot. f2 to run the system utility
SATA 1: Installed
SATA 2:Installed
SATA 3: None
SATA 4: None

PS i have tried using the sameUSB on a laptop and it is booting into windows 8 easily.

Welcome to the community, Shubham Raturi!

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with newly installed drive! :(
I'd recommend you to, first, power down your PC and re-seat all the connections to the motherboard, especially the HDDs. Then try to boot again and see if the proper boot device gets detected now.
If that doesn't work, I strongly recommend resetting BIOS by re-seating the CMOS battery on your motherboard, or you can use some of the other methods to do that: http://www.wikihow.com/Reset-Your-BIOS

This will put your BIOS settings back to factory defaults, so make sure you edit them again once you complete the resetting.

If you suspect any HDD fault, I'd suggest to try the new drive on another computer and see if everything...

Keep me posted! Hope this helped! :)
