Pc not booting no bios just Black Screen

I decided to build up a new pc about 3 months ago.
Specs:
Asus Prime Z270 A
Intel i7 7700k
Kfa2 gtx 1080 hall of Fame
2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX
600w bequite straight power 10
Samsung 960 Evo m.2 ssd
Seagate 2TB HDD

The System was running good for 3 months now but since yesterday night i only get black screen after turning the system on. No bios no other signal on the monitor.
i already tried it without the grafikcard only to boot with onboard grafic. same result. i also tryed nearly everything with the RAM.
I also put out the bios batterie but still the same.
It looks like the pc is booting normally. Fans are running, Leds and Lights are going on but only black screen. Also tryed another Monitor with hdmi.
anyone got an idea?

Try connecting a case speaker to the board and see if any beeps when starting the board with only CPU and CPU fan installed.

Check the cables first. If nothing, go to minimal build: only mobo + CPU + PSU + cooler + 1 stick of ram (if you have beeper, try without ram too).

i already tryed minimal build but it still wont boot. :/
i dont have a case speaker but my motherboard got some leds which should light up if there is an issue.
if i "Restart" the pc with the MemOK button on the mainboard the pc starts up the same way (still no Video output signal) but then the whote led for VGA on the motherboard lights up.

Try leaving single RAM module installed. Try also testing different video port/video cable/monitor.
If still no go, I'd RMA both board and CPU.
