PC not booting, no BIOS

As of this morning, my PC refuses to boot. The MOBO lights come on and it powers up for a few seconds, then shuts off and attempts to reboot.

The fan lights don't power up, and no BIOS screen shows up. So far I've tried every possible combination of RAM sticks.

I have noticed that without RAM the PC immediately restarts, while taking a few seconds to restart with RAM.

Specs: Intel Core i7-5820k

Gigabyte X99-Gaming 5P

16GB 4x4GB DDR4 2800

Nvidia GeForce GTX960

Samsung Pro Evo 256GB SSD

A WD internal 2TB HDD.

I've also tried booting without any USB cables plugged in, without the SSD/HDD plugged in and without the GPU plugged in. I have not made any recent hardware changes, so I have no idea why this is happening all of a sudden. PC worked fine yesterday when I shut it off.

Small thing I noticed, the LAN lights are not on. They normally always are, even if the PC is powered off. They only blink for a second if I plug the power in.

Yep, that's pretty much the...
I would say to try the onboard graphics to see if you can get a display but since you don't have that in the processor or mobo I suggest trying another graphics card while the drives are disconnected. If that doesn't bring up a BIOS screen try resetting the BIOS to defaults by removing the backup battery and replacing it. You may also have to change a jumper on the mobo to do the reset. If that doesn't work I'd guess mobo replacement is next.

I don't unfortunately. My old DDR3 sticks don't fit with this mobo. I doubt all 4 sticks would break at the exact same time though?

No that does sound fairly unlikely. Usually just the first thing I like to rule out.

Sounds like mobo or PSU. What power supply are you running?

A corsair CX500 PSU. At this point it has to be either my mobo or PSU. The fact that my LAN lights aren't always on like they are supposed to makes me think it's the PSU. I'm trying a new one tomorrow, if that doesn't work I guess it's time for a mobo replacement.

Yep, that's pretty much the route I would go. good luck mate!

I just flashed the BIOS, which worked according to the board's LED. The case fan now works, but it still loops. Considering I could flash I'm guessing the MOBO isn't broken?
