PC not booting, red flashing cpu light and gpu lights blinking

So my pc won't boot. When I turn it on the red cpu light on the mobo flashes, the CPU and PSU fans go on and the lights of the GPU start flashing(See video). What I tried is: Removing cmos battery and resetting it and removing psu cord, pushing the power button of the pc for 40secs and then wait 3 minutes, but it didn't fix it. I hope someone could help.

EDIT:Tried to boot with 1 ram stick and it worked

Could you post your system components.
The RAM might not have been seated properly.
Are you placing the RAM in the appropriate slots?
