Question Pc not booting to bios trued everything and ides what’s wrong

So I just got a few parts for a pc I wanted to build as I had parts for older PCs that I upgraded
List:
CPU: i5 6600k
Ram: 16 gb hyper x ddr4 fury
Motherboard:Asus prime B360M-A
Gpu: gtx 980
Power supply : Corsair Rm850x
Noctua cooler
500gb ssd
The motherboard turns on for about 3 sec turns off then back on then off and then stays on.Nothing displaying have tried out side of case in side case with gpu in and out one ram stick 2 sticks . With ram from my main pc other power supply tested the cpu in my main pc all works fine in my pc. When I try with the new one same problem anyone ever had this problem before I’m stuck any ideas that I haven’t tried are welcome.

The i5 6600k is not on your motherboards support list. The Asus prime B360M-A supports 8th Generation processors.

When did they start blocking there own cpus same Lga 1151 ok thanks gonna send it back then
