PC not booting up, can't access BIOS

I have seen a number of suggestions here for how to fix this on a laptop, but not PC. I changed the boot order in BIOS and now won't boot up! Screen is blank and I don't even get the initial "Asus Motherboard" boot screen that normally comes up before Windows starts..can someone please help?!!
