Pc not booting up giving error 0xc0000139

Hi,my computer acer aspire xc600 does not boot up when its booting i get a blue screen telling that "YOUR PC RAN INTO A PROBLEM ERROR CODE 0xc0000139" i cant even log in or start bios please help me

Pc spec..
I5 3330
Nvidia geforce 605 1 gb
4 gb ram
1 tb hard drive

Vembutech,thanks but i cant log in or start the bios and my pc has come pre installed with windows 8 soo i dont have a disc.The automatic repair doest show up tried to turn of and on and of and on three times but still no automatic repair.
