pc not booting up

so i just swappee cases and for some reason the pc doesn't want to boot ,the ram works the psu works .it only booted like once or twice and when i restarted it it stopped working again

For us to be able to help you should provide us more information like:

How far u get with the PC startup?
What appears on the screen?
Does the PC powers up and stays like that or powers off by itself/restarts?
Can you access the BIOS?
What did you do between the reboots?

i could get into windows ,normally it's just no signal from the motherboards output,it powers on and restarts,i can access the bios when it starts working,i just reset the bios
