Try disconnecting all usb items, except mouse and keyboard. Now restart, does it clear it up? If not then power on the computer let it boot, then power it off, ado this a fewfew times and see if automatic repair pops up on screen. If it does Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Startup and click the Restart button. When your computer restarts again, select the Safe Mode with Networking option. Type device manager in the search box. Now go down each item and see if the driver needs updating. When done restart.
