Question PC not Booting when pressing power button

I'm having this problem since past month and it gets fixed automatically after a while and reappears again.
Whenever i press the power button my PC doesn't boot everything from the fans to RGB on my CPU even my mouse works but no display then after pressing the power button it immediately turns off and if i press the button it starts. You have to press f1 when that screen comes, then you will be taken to the bios screen, from there just exit the bios and probably you'll be able to boot to windows

Check your psu with the paper clip test, Google it if not sure

Can it be my outdated bios?
I'm too lazy to remove the psu and perform the test

If you're too lazy to test your hardware, how is anyone out here supposed to assist?

No need to remove the psu, just disconnect all the psu cables(connected to the motherboard) and do the test

I might have found out a solution unplugged and replugged all power cords coming from the PSU and replaced the cmos battery(my Motherboard is just 3 months old but my friend told that might have been the problem) and its booting everytime i press the button.

Sorry for late reply, the problem returned prior to what? Means what did you do before the problem? Was there a jerk in the pc case etc?
