Pc not booting with RAM setting at 2133mhz ?

I bought 8GB DDR3 KINGSTON HYPER BEAST 2133mhz ram and when i set them to 2133 from the bios it fails to boot.

Why is this happening ?

Core i5 4670k @ 4.4ghz and GTX 980.

Mb is asrock z87 extreme 6

Technically, your CPU only supports up to DDR3-1600 MHz but since it is unlocked it may be able to support the higher memory speed but is not guaranteed. First, thing to check is to make sure the memory is installed in the proper slots. The manual for your motherboard recommends slots are A2 and B2 or A1 and B1. If you are fully populating try it with two and see if that makes any difference.
