PC not booting

I've had my new build for a few days now. Today I go to turn it on, windows was configuring an update which failed so it reverted and restarted. The pc booted and said previous overclock has fail but I'm on stock clocks. I restarted again and it just won't boot up but it will power up. Anything that can help?

I can't it won't boot at all, not the bios or the OS.

I would check to see if the on button is working. Does the psu turn on (fans)?
Also, make sure all connections are secure.

I reset the cmos using the battery method and made sure the bios was reset and settings were okay. Now I am back to windows and everything seems to be working fine. If anything else happens I will comment after this post, and if not I will close tehe thread. Thanks guys.
