PC not booting

Hi

The other day I replaced the CPU cooler in my PC with a new replacement Corsair H55 all-in-one liquid cooler (since the last one was making an annoying whining noise). After replacing it and assembling my PC once again I found that although my computer would power on, I was getting no signal and no response from any peripherals connected to the inputs. I may admit that een though I was sufficiently grounded and I have replaced the cooler and reapplied thermal paste many times, I may have knocked the mobo with the radiator around the area when the ATX 12V lead plugs into and the VRM heatsink. I also took out the GPU and the RAM at the time to give me more clearance when installing the cooler, and these were placed onto a clean wooden surface to prevent static discharge.

I can describe the situation as:
-PC starts up.
-PSU (sounds like it is) working.
-GPU fans spinning.
-LEDs in case and fans working (both those that are connected to the mobo and those that aren't).
-HDD working.

However:

-No signal output (so no BIOS etc).
-The wireless adapter light on the back (connected in the PCI-E 1x slot) of the wireless adapter does not turn on.
-Peripherals have (some power), i.e. the mouse only lights up when I click and the optical sensor doesn't actually turn on itself, and the keyboard doesn't light up at all.
-The wired LAN port's (orange) LEDs at back on mobo, when plugged into router, do not turn on.

I have tired taking out the RAM sticks, trying with one, resitting the CPU cooler. I have also inspected the mobo and found no physical damage (no blown capacitors, etc), and I have ordered a new CMOS battery which I will try soon. All of what I have done has not worked. I suspect a dead board, however, it could be a number of things, and at the moment I have no access to anyone that can help me (i.e. has a working PSU, same chipset mobo or a PC that would fit my GPU for that matter). My PC's specs are in the link http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/6zWxMp

Thanks :)

Thanks for your response, I don't have a case speaker and will order one now and will test it and get back to you.

Hi alexoiu, I tried what you said and got 45 fast, short beeps (approximately)

EDIT: put the RAM in and no beeps now

EDIT (2): reinstalled RAM in different channel and changed BIOS battery, installed GPU, connected SSD. Computer beeps once (AWARD BIOS??) and what I can only describe as a torn up rainbow screen of different vertical lines on the screen. Upon reboot I get the same single beep and a black screen. However, the monitor is now responding to the boot by showing (720p @ 50Hz) on the screen, but with no image. I using a HDMI cable and have no alternative to test unfortunately
