Pc not booting

■ I overclocked my pc and then it doesn't boot, it doesn't even open the bios. What to do? Please tell me.
ASRock G31M-VS motherboard
CPU power 65W
2xDDR2 DIMM
Intel dual core 2.66ghz

1. disconnect power from wall. *IMPORTANT*
2. open case
3. locate the on board cmos battery on motherboard, itr looks like a watch battery
4. gently pop it out.
5. wait 3-4 mins
6 reinsert battery on motherboard
7 close case
8 apply power cable and boot.

I did but still it isn't booting please help the monitor screen is still blank
