PC not booting

I tried installing a new graphics card (gtx 1060 6gb) from intergrated graphics. After the pc not booting with the new graphics card installed I unplugged it and put the cables (believe it’s called a PCIE cable) back into the motherboard and now the motherboard lights will come on for a half a second then turn back off and nothing else will happen. Any help with a possible fix? (I’m new to PC upgrading as may be seen)

sorry I took so long to respond. My motherboard came with a slot that the onboard graphics card was plugged into so I removed that and plugged the graphics card into that, im now aware i was meant to use the cords in that slot to plug my graphics card in. My motherboard is a B350m gaming pro motherboard. it will only boot if i have no graphics card plugged in but the 3 red lights on the motherboard are on
