Question PC not booting

Hey guys I’m a new builder and I’ve followed building for a long time and decided it was time to build so I saved up for the parts and followed a build guide to put it together and upon boot attempt only the ram sticks lit up and no display was exported cpu cooler didn’t light and no fans spun
