Question PC not booting

Good evening guys.

PC is a new build. Motherboard RGB lights up. RAM RGB lights up. CPU led shows a warning logo on it.

Doesn't boot display, fans do not spin. Please could you help diagnose.

Mobo: Asus ROG Strix Z790-H
RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5
CPU: Intel i7 13700k
M. 2: 2TB Samsung 980 Pro
Cooler: Corsair iCue H100i Elite
PSU: Corsair RM1000
GPU:RTX 3080

Try booting with only one RAM stick and the CPU installed (no M.2 and no GPU). Plug your monitor into the motherboard.

Hey there I appreciate you helping!!

An update on the pc. Flashed BIOS. Posted, plugged things back in. Decided it didn't want to work. Took the gpu out, it isn't that.
Could an m. 2 stop it from posting?

It normally shouldn't but not out of the realm of possibility. Will it boot without the M.2 installed?
