Question Pc not booting

I just built a pc a couple weeks ago and when I pressed the power button the motherboard Rgb flashed and i pressed over and over again nothing happened until i switched psu to off then on again and did the same thing I was told by someone it’s probably a bad psu and I bought a new one and did the same thing so I thought maybe the motherboard and psu were bad so I changed the thermal take smart 600 and msi z590 carbon wifi and i5 10400f to a msi mpg A650gl and ROG on Maximus XII heroand i9 10850k I built the pc this time when I switched power supply to on without pressing the power button motherboards rgb turned on but nothing else did so I pressed the power button and nothing happened the pc didnt boot And the fans did not spin . So is there anything that could potentially be wrong with the pc and if yes please let me know.

Also i plugged in my keyboard and the rgbs on it were working

I just built my PC plugged in everything and double check when I click power button the motherboards RGB and lights turns on for a split second I'm thinking its a power supply issue just need to double check SPECS: i5 10400f, gtx 1650, Corsair vengeance e RGB pro 2x8gb 3600mhz, MS mpg z590...

You should include the specs to your new build like so;
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

Your board has a BIOS FlashBack button which can also be used to flash the BIOS to the latest version. You can follow through instructions as stated in this video. Did you breadboard your system? Did you check and recheck all connections to your components from your PSU? Did you inspect the CPU's socket for any bent or broken pins on the CPU socket?

Which slots are the rams populating?

I dont know what breadboarding is and i havent done it i checked all connections from psu and i just inspected my cpu socket

Also Keybooard that i plugged in to the pc had its rgb on which made me believe it wasnt a psu problem

You i5 listed above comes with w box cooler, try and and see what happens while breadboarded, with one stick of ram in slot A2. You might want to start posting a picture of your CPU socket, in case you're missing any bent or broken pins that may be in plain sight. Yes it's happened to others on these forum.

Also the msi unit i currently have makes weird noise when i click the power button and doesnt do it again when i click power button again and only does it again when i flip the switch on and off
