All of a sudden my PC won't boot, it's not even comin' to troubleshootin' lights, RAMs RGB lights ain't lightin' up, and other rest RGB stuff and fans working, even Mobo RGB light is on too. I tried everythin' unpluggin' resettin' CMOS, disconnectin' Ssds hdds nvmes besides 1 nvme which has os.. Some guy said Might be an issue with PSU so I checked it with a different workin' PSU still no Boot. (I noticed when PC was normal rams RGB lights were lightin' up after pressin' power button but this time no rams light) If any issues was with ram Dram light would have popped up, I had previously issue with a dead ram

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Some guy said Might be an issue with PSU so I checked it with a different workin' PSU still no Boot.
Make and model of the PSU and it's age?

You have an iGPU on your build, if you should be able to get the system to power up with one stick of ram and no discrete GPU and storage, provided the motherboard's BIOS isn't corrupt. If your board does indeed have a corrupt BIOS, follow steps outlined on page 69, section 1.11.3 in your motherboard manual;
https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/...nual_EM_WEB.PDF?model=ROG STRIX H370-F GAMING
and see if that helps.

and see if that heli don't

Can you please use the normal English? I don't understand. Should I take out CPU and try to power up PC?
