Question PC not detecting new SSD ?

I got new ssd and i wanted to install windows on it. it didnt show up in boot menu so i went to bios i could see my new ssd model in drive info but it didnt show up in boot order. There aren't many setting options in my bios so i couldn't do much. Cable is fine but I tried different one as well. I tried using this SSD on my second PC and it worked perfectly.

It's an HP computer so most likely motherboard is HP as well, but I do not know the specific model.

Question - Screen goes all black after starting windows screen and then restarts over and over again

I was playing a videogame and my pc randomly freezes and screen goes full black then it automatically restarts and since then i couldnt get past starting windows screen it just restarts right away. I can use safe mode and i used it for system restore point but it didnt fix my problem. specs...

I have not installed OS yet im planning on getting new installer since one i have atm got corrupted. Also even if drive is completely empty it still should show up in boot menu right? (menu where to select what to boot from. I might be using wrong terms so it might be confusing xD) but my ssd doesnt show up there.

No, it shouldn't show in BOOT menu until it's made bootable. It should show as an option to install Windows on it when you boot from Windows installation media.

No. In UEFI mode drive gets shown in boot menu only if it is bootable (ie has OS installed on it).

In legacy/CSM mode though - all drives get offered for boot ( even if they are not bootable).

List system specs - motherboard model name.
What drive are you using?
What windows are you installing?

This should already be listed in your initial post.

only MBR/GPT drives that are flagged as active (bootable)
