Question Pc not detecting secondary hdd

I took the harddrive from my old computer and put it on my new one without deleting anything. At first it was being detected with a question mark on it, so I wasn't able to open it. I unplugged it from the sata port and reset my pc to factory settings, then I plugged it back in. Now its not being detected at all. Yes the disc is still spinning. The hdd is not even being detected in bios.

Try testing different SATA cable/SATA port.
