Question PC not displaying/restart cycle and motherboard red light

My new pc, which has worked fine since I bought the components around February of this year suddenly crashed today with a blue screen and will now no longer boot, the pc will power up, run for a few seconds than shut back down again with no display, the only warning light on is the motherboard vga light, however I’m not sure if it’s my current graphics card as I plugged an old one in and it gave the same error/problem, any ideas?

Before it got stuck in this loop it crashed twice with two separate errors, kmode_exception_not_handled, and irql_not_less_or_equal

I have another 650w evga power supply that I’m plugging in but it only has one CPU cable connection and my mb requires two
It did nothing different when I put hdmi into motherboard, or rather it did the same restart loop when I did. This crash and loop just happened out of the blue after having no problems with the brand new parts since I got them
