[SOLVED] PC not fully starting

Hello, so about 20 mins ago my VGA cable to monitor started to rapidly to disconnect, and after a few seconds of turning on and off, my screen went dark. I decided to restart my pc and the screen worked at that screen where you can acsess BIOS, but any further than that the screen goes dark again. I forgot to mention that resolution also got lowered to 800x600. I got to the blue screen where you can troubleshoot your pc and then when I try to do something it asks me to enter my password for my microsoft account, when I entered the right password, it said that it was wrong. And because of that im nof able to do much. I think it is something with windows, because BIOS opens up fine.

SSD : Crucial bx



MOBO : asrock b450 steel legend am4 macro atx



PSU : Corsiar VS550




RAM : Hyper x ddr4 8gb x 2

Is there a posibility that my gpu fried because of that constant disconnection?

gpu or the psu. test with another psu?

I connected my PC to my TV with a HDMI cable, and now everything is good. I think there was a problem with my cable.
