PC not giving signal to monitor

So I recently built this PC with ram and storage being transferred from my old build. I wasnt getting a signal from my monitor and tried the following:

1. Reset my power supply
2. Booting on a single ram stick and switching the ram sticks
3. Checking if I put the cpu fan onto the cpu fan slot
4. Checked to see if any wiring went behind my motherboard
5. Checked to see if the cpu was getting power
6. Took out my video card and put it back in

Specs:
Intel i7-8700k
Asus z370-p motherboard
Evga gtx 1080 sc(from previous build)
Adata ram 8gb each 2400(from previous build)
Two SSDs
Corsair 650w power supply

The ram was not put in correctly. So glad I didnt take everything out again
